We would never use a cookie cutter approach, because your pet deserves individualized, personal care just like they get at home. We are about Canine Enrichment where we provide each guest with opportunities for social interaction with both humans and their dog friends and they get to play with toys that exercise their bodies and their minds. Our play groups are smaller which is safer for the pups and allows more human interaction, just like they get at home.

We value a fear-free environment. Our boarding rooms have soft, dog-friendly colors. We use essential oils and music to soothe anxiety. We only use positive reinforcement techniques. We have an exclusive boarding and play room devoted to our petite pups with their own outdoor play yard, away from the large dogs. We use night-lights for nap times and at night for better rest. Indoor playrooms feature hospital-grade bacteria-resistant rubber flooring which is gentle on dog’s joints.

Pawlins facility features a full veterinary hospital on-site to handle any emergency or routine checkups.
Our outdoor play yards have lush K-9 Grass, sanitized each day. There is no gravel to eat or cement to absorb contaminants and odors. No muddy paws here! Outside, there is a refreshing water park designed specifically for dogs to frolic in on hot days. The floors in the hallways, boarding and grooming areas are epoxy, which is impervious to odors, bacteria and chemicals. We use top-of-the-line Mason kennels that prevent cross-contamination by never allowing urine or other liquids to migrate between enclosures. We use a fully automated centrally located wet/dry cleaning system that completely sanitizes floors and enclosures leaving them virtually dry, and no dirty mop water!

Pawlins is fully climate-controlled with a fresh-air-exchange filtration system that operates every 6 minutes, markedly reducing odors, and the risk of pets being infected with air-borne pathogens. There is an emergency generator so that your pets are never at risk of losing their perfect climate. Pawlins is safeguarded by an advanced security system, including smoke detectors, heat detectors, a fire alarm, and sprinkler system.
